Biography

Les Escrocs, a French comedic music group formed in 1993, consisted of Éric Toulis, Hervé Coury, and Didier Morel. The group, who had previously played together in various formations including Waka Waka, released their debut album Faites-Vous Des Amis in 1994. The album included the single "Assedic," which attracted strong media attention and was widely broadcast, including on M6, contributing to the group’s visibility. Following this success, Les Escrocs toured, including as an opening act for Alain Souchon, and released two more albums: C’est Dimanche (1997) and Six Pieds Sur Terre (2002). The group went on hiatus in the mid-2000s and reunited in 2015, releasing the studio album Super-Héros in 2018.
