Biography

Lotta Lindgren, known professionally as Léon, and born on February 26, 1993, in Stockholm, Sweden, is a singer-songwriter. She began her musical career as the front-woman of a hip-hop and soul group before transitioning to a solo career in 2015 with producing partner Agrin Rahmani. Her breakthrough came with the release of her first single "Tired of Talking" on an audio streaming service, which gained immediate attention from industry figures like Chris Anokute and Katy Perry. This led to the release of her debut EP Treasure in October 2015. Léon's subsequent EPs included For You (2017) and Surround Me (2017). Her first full-length album, Léon, was released in March 2019 via Léon Recordings in partnership with BMG, featuring the singles "Baby Don't Talk", "Falling" and "You and I". In October 2020, she released her second studio album Apart. Léon collaborated with Jonas Blue on the dance house single "Hear Me Say" in May 2021.
