Lena Fujii (è¤äºãªã), born 2 July 1984 in Kawasaki City, Japan, is a Japanese pop singer and fashion model who began her career after being scouted in Harajuku. Her first major musical appearance came in 2008 when she released the house/techno album LENA, followed by the photo book of the same title the same month. In April 2009 she released the single "Rainbow" and in November 2009 issued the album Rainbow, which included a cover of Rihannaâs "Pon de Replay". Fujiiâs work has been featured in fashion magazines such as ViVi and sweet, and she has served as a spokesmodel for brands including Canmake and Peach John. Her first live concert was held in Taipei in July 2009, and she has appeared in Japanese films such as Rainbow Song âNiji no megami (2006) and Shibuya (2010). Fujii continued to produce music and fashion-related projects, maintaining a presence in both the music and modeling industries.
