Biography

Sean Scolnick, known as Langhorne Slim, was born on 20 August 1980 in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, and became a singer, guitarist, banjo player. After studying at Purchase College, he gained attention touring with the Trachtenburg Players. His debut single "Electric Love Letter" (2004) appeared in the film Waitress and earned a Rolling Stone top placement. Langhorne Slim released Electric Love Letter (2004), Be Set Free (2009), The Way We Move (2012), The Spirit Moves (2015), and The Dreamin' Kind (2026). The 2012 album The Way We Move entered the Billboard Top 200 at #194 and topped Amazon category, while "The Way We Move" was featured in a Windows 8 commercial and 21 & Over.
