Biography
christian Palenfo, known by his stage name Kristifay, is a Burkinabe artist born in 1998. A native of Ouahigouya, he became interested in music at an early age and began his professional career at 17. Despite limited resources and family reticence, his determination and talent enabled him to make a name for himself on the Burkinabe music scene. Kristifay has released several notable singles, including "Freestyle" (2021), "Voilà " (2022), "C'est bizarre" (2023), "En vérité" (2024) and "Toktok" (2024). His single "Voilà " has been endorsed on TikTok by major French music figures such as Black M and Sherko. In September 2024, he plans to release his debut album, promising experimental musical exploration. Alongside his musical career, Kristifay is also a sound engineer and is involved in social actions, notably taking part in maraudes to help the underprivileged.
