Biography

Kim Sozzi is an American electronic music singer who emerged from Long Island, New York. Her career began in 1999 when she signed with Columbia Records; the album Life Goes On was shelved, but singles such as "Til I Cry You Out of Me" and "Letting Go" gained traction, the latter appearing on the Dawson's Creek soundtrack. In 2002 she released "Show Me the Way" with José Carreras, followed by a stint with the group MYNT, where she contributed vocals to the album Still Not Sorry before departing to pursue a solo path. Signing with Ultra Records, she issued the single "Alone" and "Break Up", which charted in the UK and US. Her track "Feel Your Love" reached number one on the Billboard Dance Airplay Chart in 2009, and the album Just One Day (released July 21, 2009) further solidified her presence in the dance‑pop scene. Subsequent releases include the single "Rated R," Ep 1, and Ep 2 (2011), and singles such as "Never Say Goodnight" (2014). Kim Sozzi’s work has consistently appeared on dance charts, marking her as a recognized figure in contemporary electronic music.
