Biography

Kidstreet is a Canadian electronica trio from Waterloo, Ontario formed in 2007. The group consists of Karl Snyder on drums, Cliff Snyder on synth and guitar, and Edna Snyder on piano and vocals. In 2010, Kidstreet signed with Nettwerk and released their first EP, X. The trio gained significant attention when their song "Song" was featured in Ford's commercials starting in 2009 and later in Apple's MacBook Pro TV spot in 2012. Kidstreet has toured extensively with artists such as Dragonette, Mother Mother, Thunderheist, Rich Aucoin, Girl Talk, and Health, and performed at the 2011 Canadian Music Week. Other notable releases include the singles "Birthday Boy" and "Never Coming Back," both released in 2011.
