Biography
Kiddy Gvng is an author, composer and performer of Caribbean origin from Amapiano in France. Introduced to music as a child by a family of artists, he developed a unique style, the fruit of a cultural blend of African rhythms, Caribbean elements and European urban influences. It was in the Paris suburbs that his universe took shape, inspired by the likes of Asake, Omah Lay, Tyler ICU and Burna Boy. Driven by solar energy and abundant creativity, Kiddy Gvng explores a musical triangle where amapiano, R&B, soul and afropop meet. In 2024, he made his acclaimed debut with tracks such as "Simba", "Hello" and "Antidote", then followed this up with a first EP that opened the doors of several stages and festivals. At the same time, he also made a name for himself as a director, notably signing the video for his single "LELELE", and cultivating a strong visual aesthetic.
