Katrina Velarde, born December 5, 1994 in Tondo, Manila, Philippines, is a Filipino singer known for her vocal range. She began competing in local singing contests at age seven to support her family financially and gained online fame through covers and impersonations. Her breakthrough came with a runner-up finish on Masked Singer Pilipinas in 2020. That year, she released her debut EP SiKat Ako under Viva Records and held her first solo concert 'Sikat Ako' at the New Frontier Theater in Manila. Velarde's notable singles include "Lason Mong Halik" (2017) and "Magkaibang Mundo" (2019). She has performed on various TV shows, including ASAP, and has been nominated for awards such as the Awit Award and PMPC Star Awards for Music. In 2020, Velarde joined Masked Singer Pilipinas as Diwata and performed at the Firdaus Holiday Experience in Expo City Dubai with Firdaus Orchestra.
