Junnosuke Taguchi, born on November 29, 1985, in Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan, is a singer-songwriter, actor, and model. He joined the talent agency Johnny & Associates in 1999 and officially debuted as part of the Japanese idol group KAT-TUN in 2006. In September 2016, Taguchi launched his solo career. His first single, "Hero," was released in November and reached number 18 on the Oricon Indie Charts in Japan. In April 2017, he made his major label solo debut with Universal Music Group, releasing the single "Connect," which peaked at number 17. His studio album Dimensions followed in September 2017, reaching number 16. Taguchi independently released his second album, Cosmos City, in 2019, featuring the lead single "Voices." His third album, 9 Carat Diamonds, appeared in 2021.
