Juan Gotti, born Juan Ramos, is an American rapper of Mexican descent who blends regional Norteño and Ranchero music with hip-hop to create a signature bilingual sound. Born in Hillsboro, Texas, and raised between Houston and San Antonio, Juan Gotti’s music often reflects his personal transformation, with themes of peace and resilience inspired by his experiences, including time spent in prison. His debut album, No Sett Trippin (2002), earned a Latin Grammy nomination, setting the stage for his impactful career. In 2005, he followed up with John Ghetto, which debuted at number 11 on Billboard's Latin Rhythm Charts and solidified his place in the Latin hip-hop scene.
