Biography
Jelte Steven Tuinstra, known professionally as Jett Rebel, was born on January 24, 1991, in The Hague, Netherlands. He is a singer-songwriter, composer, multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and recording artist. From an early age, Tuinstra showed a strong interest in music, starting to record songs at the age of four or five using a cassette recorder. His first band was The Edge, which participated in the preliminaries of the Dutch Junior Song Festival in 2003. In 2012, under his own name, he released the single "Beautiful" and the EP Sundown. He then adopted the stage name Jett Rebel and released his first EP, Venus, in 2013, followed by Mars in 2013. In 2014, Jett Rebel embarked on the Venus & Mars tour and released the album Hits for Kids.
