Biography

Jessica Lea Mayfield was an American singer-songwriter born in 1989. She began performing at age eight with the bluegrass band One Way Rider. In 2006, Mayfield released the EP White Lies (2006) under the moniker "Chittlin", which led to a collaboration with Dan Auerbach. Her debut album, With Blasphemy So Heartfelt, was released in 2008. Subsequent releases included Tell Me (2011), Make My Head Sing (2014), and Sorry Is Gone (2017). Mayfield collaborated with artists such as The Black Keys and Seth Avett.
