Jeong EunâJi, Korean singer and actress, was born on 18 August 1993 in Busan, South Korea. She entered the entertainment industry after winning the grand prize at the KBS Busan Nursery Rhyme Contest Fun Day in 2004 and joined the preâdebut training system of Apink in early 2011, becoming the groupâs main vocalist. Jeong made her official debut with Apink on 21 April 2011, performing "Mollayo" and "Wishlist" on Mnetâs M Countdown from the groupâs first extended play Seven Springs of Apink. Her solo career launched with the EP Dream on 18 April 2016, featuring the title track "Hopefully Sky", which topped several domestic charts and sold 30,000 copies. She followed with The Space on 10 April 2017 and Hyehwa on 17 October 2018, each producing lead singles that entered the top ten. Jeong also released the EP Simple on 15 July 2020 and the compilation Log on 11 November 2022. She collaborated with 10cm on "Be With Me" and contributed to multiple soundtracks, including "How's Your Night (She is My Type)". Her activities continued through 2025, with the release of Couple on 16 March 2025 and Today is my birthday on 18 August 2025.
