Biography
Originally from Wales, JaYd grew up in a local village before moving to Blackpool, England. She made her career in France with the track "Hero", a tune shaped according to the principles of urban pop, with a touch of electro. The track, which features the participation of Sugar Kawar, gave rise to a six-version EP released in October 2016 and a promotional video to raise the profile of the singer, who began her musical apprenticeship with the trumpet at the age of seven. Before adopting the artist name JaYd, the young Welsh musician took guitar and piano lessons and joined a dance school to further her artistic training.
