Biography

IV My People is a rap collective and label formed by Kool Shen in 1998. In the wake of albums by Busta Flex and Zoxea, Kool Shen continued the adventure by creating the IV My People collective, with the aim of discovering young flow talents. Serum, Salif, Toy, Jeff Le Nerf and Les SpÃ©cialistes feature on the releases of CertifiÃ© Conforme (2000), IV My People Zone (2002) and IV My People Mission (2005). JoeyStarr, Lord Kossity and Oxmo Puccino help out Kool Shen and play big brother too. Despite real expectations and the initial success of Busta Flex, the label fell victim to financial problems and the story came to an end.
