Biography

Igor Armenovich Sarukhanov is a Russian pop musician and composer of Armenian descent. He graduated from the Musical College of Moscow and began his music career as a member of the Soviet rock band Tsvety. In 1985, Sarukhanov embarked on a solo career, releasing the debut album Если Нам По Пути (1986). He released several notable albums including Зелёные Глаза (1989), Я Хочу Побыть Один (1991), and Зачем Вернулась Ты (1994). Sarukhanov collaborated with prominent artists such as Alla Pugachyova and Anne Veski. He was awarded the title of Meritorious Artist of Russia in 1997, recognizing his significant contributions to Russian music.
