Hina Suguta was born on 17 April 1995 in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan, and began her career as a voice actress and singer. After completing university, she worked as a nursery school teacher before enrolling in a voice‑acting training school run by Amino Produce in 2017, where she received her first role as Haruka in the mobile game Afterlost and joined the in‑universe idol group SPR5. Hina Suguta entered the music scene with her debut digital single "Lavender Blue" on 17 April 2024, her 29th birthday, under Nippon Columbia. She subsequently released "My Truth" on 24 July 2024, "Bakkadana" on 23 October 2024, and "Ussura" on 11 February 2026. Her debut album, Fever: Bokutachi No Keikaku, was issued on 11 June 2025. Throughout her career, she has contributed to popular anime franchises, voicing Marin Kitagawa in My Dress‑Up Darling and Tōko Kirigaya in the BanG Dream! franchise as a member of the band Morfonica, where she serves as guitarist. In 2023, she received the Best New Actor Award at the 17th Seiyu Awards, marking a significant milestone in her dual‑career trajectory. The first album, Ussura, was released on February 11, 2026.
