Biography

Huw Evans, known professionally as H. Hawkline, was born on March 15, 1985, in Cardiff, Wales, and is a singer-songwriter. He released his debut album A Cup of Salt in 2010, followed by The Strange Uses of Ox Gall in 2011. Hawkline supported Gruff Rhys on tour in 2010 and released the EP Ghouls in 2013. He signed with Heavenly Recordings in August 2014, where he released In the Pink of Condition (2015), which was nominated for the Welsh Music Prize in September 2015. In 2017, he released I Romanticize. His fifth studio album, Milk for Flowers, came out in 2023. Throughout his career, H. Hawkline has collaborated with various artists, including Cate Le Bon and Aldous Harding.
