Biography

Griffin House was born on April 21, 1980, in Springfield, Ohio. He discovered his singing talent during high school while participating in a musical. House's first independent release was Upland in 2003, which caught the attention of Nettwerk, leading to the partnership for his album Lost & Found in 2004. The album received critical acclaim from music journalist Bill Flanagan on CBS Sunday Morning. House released several self-produced albums and EPs, including Flying Upside Down in 2007, produced by Jeff Trott with contributions from Mike Campbell and Benmont Tench. He has toured extensively, opening for artists such as Ron Sexsmith and John Mellencamp, and has been a national headliner since 2007. House's music has been featured in various media, including the television show Everwood and films like Not Since You. His notable songs include "Waterfall" and "Better than Love".
