Biography
Greg Osby is an American jazz alto saxophonist who studied at Boston's Berklee College of Music before joining the Special Edition band led by drummer Jack DeJohnnette in 1985. He has collaborated with several artists and released many albums since 'Greg Osby and Sound Theatre' in 1987. Other titles include 'Season of Renewal' (1989), '3-D Lifestyles' (1993), 'Black Book' (1995), 'Zero' (1998), 'New Directions' (2000), 'St. Louis Shoes' (2003), 'Channel Three' (2005) and '9 Levels' (2008).
