Biography

Grace Bawden, born on October 7, 1992, in Adelaide, Australia, is a classical crossover singer. She began singing lessons at age six and competed in local competitions from the age of 10 to 14. In February 2008, Bawden auditioned for Australia's Got Talent, performing "O Mio Babbino Caro" and advancing to the semi-finals where she was named Judge’s Choice. Her debut album, Gifts of Grace, was released in September 2009 via Blind Faith Entertainment In mid-2014, Bawden made her operatic debut as Cio-Cio-San in Madame Butterfly. She portrayed Yum-Yum in a South Australian production of The Mikado, which toured Australia from March to May 2016.
