Orin Glenn Troutman, known professionally as Glen Glenn, and born on October 24, 1934, in Joplin, Missouri, was an American rockabilly singer. He started his music career in the early 1950s as a singer, forming a duo with guitarist Gary Lambert called the Missouri Mountain Boys and performing country music in Los Angeles bars. In late 1957, Troutman signed with Era Records under the name Glen Glenn and released his first single "Everybody's Movin'" backed with "I'm Glad My Baby's Gone" (1958). He was drafted into the Army shortly after, which temporarily halted his promotional activities. After leaving the Army in 1960, he transferred to the Dore label but saw limited success with more pop-oriented recordings. In 1977, a compilation of his rockabilly recordings by Ace Records reignited his career. He continued performing in clubs and occasional tours until his death on March 18, 2022.
