Biography

Gideon Marc Conn, born on January 15, 1980 in Manchester, England, writes and performs acoustic, hip hop, jazz-pop, and folk music. Conn started composing at 15 after learning guitar chords from a friend. Early career releases include self-released albums and singles such as the Connpilation series. Conn released the first official single "I Want You Around" (2008) on Mannequin Republic. Conn debuted with the album New Bop Sounds (2010), followed by the second album Take It All (2012), featuring Josephine on the track "Colours". Conn performed at various UK festivals including Glastonbury Festival.
