Biography
Gareth.T, born 30â¯Decemberâ¯1999 in Hongâ¯Kong, is a singerâsongwriter who emerged from an early musical upbringing that included piano, violin, cello, guitar and drums. Gareth. T first attracted attention through selfâproduced covers and original tracks posted online, leading to a record deal with Warner Music Hongâ¯Kong in 2020. His debut single under the label, "Boyfriend Material", was released on 26â¯Marchâ¯2021, followed by the hit "Honest" featuring Moonâ¯Tang, which accumulated over 17â¯million streams on a streaming platform. In 2022 Gareth. T released his debut album gareth.tâ¯2.0 on 20â¯Mayâ¯2022, and the EP To Be Honest on 20â¯Mayâ¯2022, both showcasing his blend of contemporary R&B and soul. The same year he launched The CUTIE Tour, a headlining concert series that solidified his presence in the Hongâ¯Kong music scene. Subsequent singles such as "Speed Limit" (2021), "Dinner in Bed" (2022), and "Happy Tears" (2022). In March 2026, he released his second album THE PROTÃGÃ, featuring tracks like "æå¾å°æå" and "æ©å°çu".
