For Tracy Hyde was a Japanese shoegaze group formed in Tokyo in 2012. The band began as a solo project by guitarist Natsubot, whose real name is Azusa Suga, but expanded to include vocalist and guitarist Eureka, bassist Mav, and drummer Soukou. The band's first full-length album, Film Bleu, was released on December 2, 2016, followed by he(r)art in November 2017 and New Young City in September 2019. Their final album, Hotel Insomnia, released on December 14, 2022, received critical acclaim from outlets like Pitchfork and NPR. The group announced their dissolution in January 2023 and performed their final live concert in March of the same year.
