Biography

Eriko Nakamura, born on November 19, 1981, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese singer and voice actress. She began her career after graduating from the Japan Narration Acting Institute and joining Arts Vision at age 19. Her breakthrough came with her role as Haruka Amami in THE IDOLM@STER series, which she has portrayed for over a decade. Nakamura released her first single "ONENESS" in June 2005, followed by several albums including DJCD ラジオdeアイマSHOW! Vol.1 and DJCD ラジオdeアイマSHOW! Vol.2. She continued to release music under the THE IDOLM@STER Radio For You! series and other projects like "だっしゅどシンデレラ" (May 2011) and "キラとき☆笑顔桜咲く" (May 2016). In addition to her musical career, Nakamura has been recognized for her voice acting roles in various anime series. She was appointed as Tokushima Anime Ambassador in October 2014 and won a voice actor award at the 4th Newtype Anime Awards in 2014.
