Biography

El Reno Renardo, a humorous heavy metal band from Spain, was founded in 2006 by Jevo Jevardo. Initially a solo project, Jevo played all instruments for their first album, El Reno Renardo, released in 2007. The band's comedic take on daily situations and social critique gained traction with the release of El Reno Recardo y El Reino de la Cagalera de Bisbal in 2008. Following this success, Jevo assembled a live lineup, transitioning El Reno Renardo into a full-fledged band. Subsequent albums include El improperio contraataca (2010) and Babuinos del Metal (2013). The band's discography features parodies of well-known songs alongside original compositions, with standout tracks like "El tamborilerdo" (2008) and "Subnorcracia" (2011). Later albums include also include Hostiopatía (2018), Rarezas raras (2020), and El mundo se va a la mierda (2021).
