Edy Hsiao ChingâHung (born 21 July 1982 in Taiwan) debuted as the lead vocalist of the Taiwanese pop group Energy, joining after early friendship with future members Toro and å¤é and training at a music school that later closed. His breakthrough came with the groupâs 2002 single "COME ON" followed by the 2003 releases ç¡æå¯æ and E3, cementing his presence in Câpop. A spinal injury in 2005 forced a temporary hiatus, after which he returned to Energy for the 2006 album ç©äººé¡ and the 2007 release 天çå骨. In 2010 he placed third on the TV talent show éæ²è¶
ç´æ, pivoting to acting in dramas such as 米迦åä¹è (2004) and 妻ååçæ°ç (2010). He reâjoined Energy in 2024, and in 2026 releasing his solo music including the single "èå
çè§è²" and the album èæ¯é´» . His solo single "ææäºæä¸" earned the 36th Golden Melody Award for Song of the Year in 2025, marking a career highlight.
