Biography

Edith Whiskers is a pseudonym of the British composer and singer-songwriter Tom Rosenthal, who was born in London on August 26, 1986. He sings, plays piano and ukulele and releases his music in the indie folk and indie pop genres. The Edith Whiskers project was created in 2020 after Tom Rosenthal's song "Home" became an internet sensation during the coronavirus pandemic. To distinguish the song, which had already been released five years earlier, from his usual repertoire, Rosenthal decided to create a new project for it. in 2020, he also released an album under the new name called Stop Stealing The Covers! as well as further singles such as "Quiet Zone" (2021).
