Biography
DVAS, a Canadian electronic dance music group, was formed in 2003 in Edmonton by Jered Stuffco and Darren Veres. Their debut album, Macho, was released in 2007 under Pop Echo Records, featuring the track "Black Rain", inspired by Michael Douglas' film of the same name. In 2010, DVAS released their second and final album, Society, under Upper Class Recordings. The group also contributed to various compilations, including the France-based blog turned label Valerie's "Valerie And Friends" compilation with the track "Inner Sanctum". DVAS played their final live show on July 17, 2011.
