Double 99, also known as R.I.P. Productions and 10° Below, were a UK garage duo consisting of Timothy Andrew Liken and Omar Adimora. The group originated in England around 1995. Their early career saw them releasing tracks and EPs on the Ice Cream label, which they co-founded with Andy Lysandrou. Under the name R.I.P., their 1997 EP Double 99 featured the track "RipGroove", which later became their breakthrough hit under the alias Double 99. The single reached Number 14 on the UK Singles Chart in its second release in 1997. Following their success with "RipGroove", both Liken and Adimora pursued solo careers, releasing material under the names Tim Deluxe and DJ Omar / Omar Chandla, respectively. Deluxe achieved notable success with his second solo single "It Just Won't Do" in 2002, which reached the top 20 charts in five countries, including the UK.
