Their early career began in the early 1990s on Radio Bremen 4, where they translated English hits word‑for‑word into German, creating a satirical niche that later expanded to fan anthems for SV Werder Bremen. The duo’s breakthrough came with the 1995 release of Endlich verständlich, followed by Die Nullnummer in September 1995, and Unendlich verständlich in September 1997, all distributed through independent channels. They gained national exposure through appearances on N3 and Deutsche Welle, and their single "Lebenslang Grün‑Weiß" reached Number 51 on the German single charts in May 2004, coinciding with Werder Bremen’s championship win.
