Diana Brown & Barrie K. Sharpe were a UK musical group from London, active in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The duo signed to FFRR, a dance offshoot label of London Records, in the late 1980s. Their initial releases included singles such as "Blind Faith" (1989) and "The Masterplan" (1990), which helped establish their unique sound within the acid jazz and rare groove scenes. They released their debut EP Love Or Nothing in 1991, followed by another EP titled Eating Me Alive the following year. In 1992, they released their only full-length album, The Black, The White, The Yellow And The Brown (And Don't Forget The Redman). This album showcased their distinctive blend of electronic music and soul influences, solidifying their place in the groundbeat genre. Their work included notable tracks such as "Sun Worshippers" (1990). Despite their relatively short career, Diana Brown & Barrie K. Sharpe left a lasting impact on the electronic music scene, particularly in the UK.
