Der Fall Böse was a German hip-hop-rock band from Hamburg-St. Pauli, formed in 1996. The group initially gained recognition by scoring the low-budget film Der Fall Böse, which inspired their name and featured a cameo appearance by Campino. Der Fall Böse's music blended rock, German rap, blues, and brass instrumentation, leading to collaborations with artists such as Michy Reincke, Jan Plewka, and Reaktor. The band toured extensively, including performances in Australia, Mexico, and as the opening act for Die Ãrzte in 2013. Their discography includes notable albums like Hochverrat (2005), Treibstoff (2008), and Phönix Baby! (2016). Der Fall Böse also contributed to soundtracks, including the SAT.1 series DeichTV and the film Süperseks. The band disbanded in 2017.
