Delhi 2 Dublin, a Canadian world music group formed in Vancouver in 2006, is known for their fusion of Bhangra, electronic, funk, dub, reggae, hip hop, and Celtic music. The band was created for a performance at the Vancouver Celtic Festival on March 16, 2006, and took its name from the event 'Delhi to Dublin.' Their debut album Delhi 2 Dublin, released in 2007, reached number 3 on the Canadian world music charts. The band's second album, Remixed (2008), topped the CHARTattack world music charts. Delhi 2 Dublin has toured extensively across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, performing at notable festivals such as the Woodford Folk Festival.
