Biography

Danny Robas, born on December 24, 1957, in Kibbutz Shoval, Israel, is a singer and songwriter known for his contributions to pop-rock music. He began his musical career as a guitarist, working with notable artists such as Arik Sinai, Matti Caspi, and Shlomo Artzi. Robas' debut album Misgarot (1983) featured songs like "Ani Ba Habaita MeHaLayla" and "Davar Lo Kara." His second album, Panim VeShemot (Faces and Names) released in 1987, achieved platinum status with hits such as "Panim VeShemot" and "Lo Nirdemet Tel-Aviv." Robas' third album, Baderekh el HaOsher (On the Road to Happiness), released in 1989, was highly successful. He won the Singer of the Year title and embarked on extensive tours both within Israel and internationally.
