Biography

Dan Le Sac, real name Daniel Stephens (born March 31, 1979 in Corringham, Essex, UK) is a British musician, producer and composer, initially known for his work in electronic hip-hop, notably as part of the duo Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip, where his incisive, sample-based beats accompanied Scroobius Pip's ironic social lyrics. After that, Dan Le Sac turned mainly to composing music for video games, creating soundtracks blending electronic, ambient and sonic experimentation for Quarantine Circular (2018), Arcsmith (2021), TRON: Identity (2023) and TRON: Catalyst (2025). Outside video games, he continues to explore collaborations and experimental musical projects. Solo releases include the electronic music albums 63 Days (2018) and These People Are Idiots (2021).
