DAMIJAW, a Japanese rock band formed in Osaka, Hirakata on February 17th, 2010, was the solo project of ka-yu, bassist for Janne Da Arc. The band debuted with their first single "Muryoku na jibun ga yurusenai" and released their debut album I AM on April 28th, 2010. DAMIJAW embarked on a nationwide tour titled DAMIJAW 2010 tour 'I AM', covering 15 locations across Japan. The band continued to release albums including Made From Your Heart (June 27th, 2012) and THIS IS MY WING (May 21st, 2014), along with notable singles like "BE WITH YOU" (January 25th, 2012). DAMIJAW was known for their annual countdown live performances and extensive tours, including the DAMIJAW 47Todofuken tour 'Be with You!!!!!' which spanned all 47 prefectures of Japan. The band's final performance, titled WELCOME TO DAMILAND, took place on January 21st, 2016, marking the end of their activities.
