Biography

Damien Roy is a humorous Quebec country singer and woodcarver born in Adstock, Quebec, Canada. In his compositions, he has fun imitating all kinds of engine noises while tapping his foot. He scored his first hit in 1978 with "Le seigneur est dans le moteur " . In 2009, when his songs were reissued on CD with the album 25 Ans Plus Tard, several of them found their way onto Quebec radio, including "J'ai un bazou qui ne veut pas partir ", "La mustang et la police " and "Les moteurs du père noël ".
