Biography
Dadi, a rapper from Le Lavandou in the Var region of France, rose to fame as a finalist in the 3rd season of the Nouvelle Ãcole TV series in 2024. Nephew of Naza, he collaborated with some of the biggest names on the French rap scene, such as Werenoi, Guizmo, Kaaris and SCH, and offered a few tracks of his own, such as "Mi-temps" with Bayass, before being selected for the 3rd season of the Nouvelle Ãcole series. As the rounds progressed, Dadi submitted tracks such as "Doucement", "Birthday" and "Flashback", with Gazo, which qualified him for the final. With his partner, beatmaker 2K, Dadi then performed his hit song "Bah ouais", which immediately climbed to 4th place in the official French charts and on many European platforms. New tracks followed, such as "Monopoly" and "Ma Life" (with his uncle), before the release of his first album, TPLM, which reached number 34 in the French album chart and will be re-released in early 2025.
