Corey Stevens is an American blues guitarist born on August 6, 1954, in Centralia, Illinois. He began playing guitar at age 11 and relocated to Los Angeles after graduating from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Stevens served as a school teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District for ten years. He signed with the independent label Eureka Records and released his debut studio album, Blue Drops of Rain, in 1995. The recording featured the single âBlue Drops of Rainâ. In 1997, he released the studio recording Road to Zen, which featured the track âOne More Timeâ. This recording reached number 22 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart. His discography included the studio recordings Getaway (2000), Bring on the Blues (2003), and Albertville (2007). He also released the recording The Party's Gonna Go On in 2018.
