Biography

Consuelo Schuster Picó, born in September 1986, in Santiago, Chile, is a Chilean singer-songwriter. She studied singing at the Escuela Moderna Música y Danza and began her career performing with various groups, including La Fem and Vandá. In 2008, she released her debut album Besas tan mal, under the name "May" Schuster, which was later re-released as No esperaré más in 2009. Her subsequent albums include Caminante (2013) and Esta Vez (2016). Notable collaborations include working with Ángel Parra Trío, Delta, Mediabanda, and Valentín Trujillo. In 2017, Schuster won the Premio Pulsar for Best Balada Artist. She has also performed at major festivals such as the Festival de Viña del Mar and the Festival del Huaso de Olmué.
