A champion of âsummer hits,â Collectif Métisséâformed in 2009âbrings an Afro- and dancehall-influenced musical style to the forefront with its first hit, âLaisse-toi aller bébé,â and a music video set against the backdrop of a vacation club atmosphere. Reaching No. 1 in clubs before topping the singles sales charts, it kicked off a long run that included the 2010 No. 1 hit âDebout pour danserâ and the album *LâEsprit de la Fête*. In 2011, âLâÃté toute lâannéeâ topped the charts as a prelude to *Destination Soleil*. Although the groupâs momentum slowed slightly afterward, Collectif Métissé bounced back at the end of 2012 with the album *Ya Plus K Danser*, then in 2014 with *Destination Fiesta*. Without changing their formula, the group released the album *Rendez-Vous au Soleil* and the title track of the same name in 2015. The following year saw the release of their seventh album , *Destination Ãté*, led by the track âOhé ohé, â and in 2017, Fan des Années 80 brought back the glory days of the Top 50. After celebrating a successful anniversary with the album Décennie in 2019, Collectif Métissé took a Latin turn with Collectif Fiesta Party (2020), Danza Latino (2021), Fiesta Latina (2022), and ¡Viva la Fiesta! (2023). Since 2024, for each annual album, the festive group has been putting its own spin on French pop hits like âAline, â â Dans les yeux dâÃmilie, â or âLâÃté sâra chaud, â alongside the Italian classic âVolareâ in Mega Fiesta, followed by âJâtâemmène au ventâ and âLes Démons de minuitâ in Super Fiesta in 2025. The formula combining covers and megamixes was revived in 2026 in Planète Fiesta, featuring notably âLe Chasseur (Les oies sauvages), â âEn rouge et noir,â and âSara perché ti amo.â
