Ciro y los Persas are an Argentine rock band put together by singer Andres Ciro MartÃnez following his time leading Los Piojos.
The group came together in 2009, releasing their debut album 'Espejos' the next year. The album was certified double platinum in Argentina, selling upwards of 80,000 copies. That year the band also opened for Paul McCartney at the River Plate Stadium.
Since then the band have released the albums '27' (2012), 'Naranja Persa' (2016) and 'Naranja Persa 2' (2018) and a live DVD, as well as supporting The Rolling Stones at Estadio Ãnico Ciudad de la Plata.
