Biography

Christian Jahl, born on December 8, 1972 in Düsseldorf, Germany, is a musician, writer, and songwriter. He studied musicology at University of Cologne, graduating with a Master of Arts. Christian Jahl's musical career began with collaborations as a guitarist or keyboardist with artists like David Graham and Thomas Battenstein. In 2007, he released his debut single "Sie ist weg". He gained international recognition by participating in the US project The Beatles Complete on Ukulele, contributing the German version of George Harrison's "If I Needed Someone" titled "Wenn ich jemanden brauche". Jahl has since released several albums including Café Deutschland (2012), Songs aus dem Dachzimmer (2019), and Blau (2021).
