Better known by his stage name Chivas, Polish rapper Krystian Gierakowski was born in Zgierz, in the Åódź region, on April 23, 1998. Signed by New Bad Label, he broke his contract in August 2020 to join rival Gugu, who released his debut album NauczyÅem siÄ przeklinaÄ. Rated #4 on the charts and certified double platinum, it proves to be a major success in the emo rap style, accompanied by six singles certified gold or platinum, and even triple platinum for "Mam na twarzy krew i tym razem nie jest sztuczna", a collaboration with White 2115. Rated #1, its successor MÅody say10, released in 2022, contains the hit "Narcyz " and three other extracts. In 2023, the first extracts from the new album Deathcore, released the following year and also ranked #1, were released, with two contributions from White 2115 and Bedoes. In the summer of 2024, Chivas creates a surprise by moving away from rap metal to sign the pop-rock and acoustic rap EP Lato 2024, including the hit "Prawie straciÅem gÅos", certified gold. He follows this up with "Hellstar", ranked No. 5 in the Polish charts.
