Real name Sharrieff Muhammad, Casper TNG is a Canadian rapper from Toronto, associated with the city's trap- and drill-influenced hip-hop scene. Born on March 4, 1996 into a musical family, he grew up in the Alexandra Park neighborhood with his brother K Money and was part of a rap group called Too Bad to Be True, before venturing out on his own. He began to make a name for himself in the mid-2010s through his growing following on social networks and streaming platforms with singles like "Know Me", "Dope Boy" and "Freeze", which went viral. He went on to release projects such as Before the Storm Hits (2017), No Cosign (2018), Detention (2019), Until Further Notice (2023) and the mixtape Ghost Town 4 (2023). In 2025, he released the album Snakes & Ladders, followed by the EP One Helluvalife, featuring the hit "The Market" with 100Bandplan, ranked No. 68 on the Canadian Billboard Top 100 Singles chart.
