Blankets is a French duo made up of Thibaut and Romane, both adept at downtempo electronic atmospheres. The group's first hit, which came in March 2015, was a cover of the song "The Hanging Tree", an iconic theme from the film The Hunger Games, composed by James Newton Howard and originally performed by actress Jennifer Lawrence. In April 2015, Blankets releases a remix EP signed by Cherokee, Mozambo and KarlK. July 17, 2015 sees the release of the single "Inside My Love", a personal creation by the duo.
