Biography

Bertolf Lentink, born on July 2, 1980 in Dronten, Netherlands, is a singer-songwriter known for his work in pop rock and rock music. He started his career playing guitar and piano, initially performing with The Junes before joining Ilse De Lange's backing group. In 2009, Lentink released his debut solo album For Life, which peaked at number 39 on the Dutch charts. His second album, Snakes & Ladders (2010), hit number 11 with singles "Two in a Million" and "Cut Me Loose" reaching Number 2 and Number 3 respectively. On March 3, 2010, Lentink received the Zilveren Harp award from BUMA/STEMRA for his songwriting quality. Subsequent albums include Bertolf (2012), First & Then (2015), Big Shadows of Small Things (2019), and Happy in Hindsight (2021).
